I can only help you navigate the struggles that I know about. So please share with me.
Change happens day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute. How can we check in on progress, and hold each other accountable?
By filling in this form every Sunday.
Please don't think about it too long or hard. Just write whatever springs to mind. This exercise is just as good foryou as it is for me. Reflect back on successes, on challenges. Witness your own behavioural change right before your eyes.
I won't be chasing you down for this. I ask you to meet me in the middle on the accountability portion of this relationship. Let's share. K, you go first...

WHY or WHY NOT?
Tell me all about your week. How did your eating go, generally speaking? Were you pretty on point? 80% compliant? 75? 100%? What were your struggles? Did you "fall off the wagon" a bit? Why? Did you "cheat?" Eat something "bad?" Did you have a few good workouts, a few bad ones; none at all? Give me as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing, in whatever format you are most comfortable sharing it. Don't let the size of the box scare you; you can type as much or as little as you want.
